We want to offer you a pleasant experience during your trips with us and before requesting a reservation, please read each paragraph carefully. Requesting a reservation implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions on this website.

Reservation and payment policy

The services you request through this website will be validated by our team, and we will subsequently communicate to you the availability.
To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50 % per person. Depending on the time between the requested date and the tour date, as well as the number of available seats, our team may ask you to pay the deposit within a maximum of 1 hour (if your request is made the evening before the trip) or within a maximum of 3 working days. If the deposit is not paid within the established deadline, the reservation request will be cancelled.

● All of our programs are run with a minimum of 4 seats booked. If, one day prior to the tour, the minimum number of people is not fulfilled, you can use the deposit to book another trip on the same day or choose any other available date. If you do not wish to join any other program, the deposit will be fully refunded.
● Lunches at local partners can only be paid in cash directly to them.
● Leisure services offered by our partners, such as safari cars or cart rides (Letea Forest or Caraorman Forest walks), can only be paid in cash directly to them.
We are extremely careful and demanding when choosing our partners in the Danube Delta. We have always been welcomed by exceptional hosts, BUT we are not responsible for situations where they, for various reasons, may offer inadequate service.
We remind you that having lunch in a local household primarily means tradition and authenticity.
If you want a culinary experience in a restaurant, you can only have it in Tulcea City, Sulina City or Sfantu Gheorghe Village.

Booking payment method:

● Bank Transfer (you will receive our banking details via email in order to proceed with a bank transfer).

● Online payment with a bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).

In the case of the “Online with bank card” payment option, you will receive a payment link via email and you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor (EuPlatesc) where you will fill out a form with your card information.

● Payments with credit/debit cards bearing the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are processed through the “3-D Secure” system developed by Visa/MasterCard, ensuring the same level of security for online transactions as those made at ATMs or in physical environments, at merchants.

● “3-D Secure” primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored at any time on the virtual store’s servers.

Important to know! – No commission is charged to the cardholder for payments with a bank card!

Cancellation / No-show / Penalty

Cancellation of a reservation for personal reasons does not involve a refund of the deposit. In the case of cancelling a reservation at least 2 days before the date of the tour, the deposit will not be lost. It can be reused at any time within the next 12 months.
Failure to show up for boarding without cancelling the reservation involves the full retention of the amount paid as a deposit.
Modification of a reservation at least 2 days before the tour can be made without penalty, and the new reservation will be subject to availability.
In case you decide, for personal reasons, to request a change of the program/excursion or the date of the excursion for which you already have a confirmed reservation, you will need to pay the full amount of the difference/balance. A confirmed rescheduling cannot be changed, and the amounts paid cannot be reused for a new rescheduling.


All rates displayed on this website include VAT and are expressed in EURO (1 EURO = 4,9 LEI/RON).
Rates may be modified at any time and any rate increases will not affect already confirmed reservations, except for increases in taxes and fees or the introduction of new taxes and fees by local authorities.

Privacy Policy and Processing of Personal Data

Our company complies with ethical and legal standards and respects your privacy, except where required by law to disclose such information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
By accessing the reservation form through which you provide us with your personal data to make a reservation, you declare that you agree to the following:
● Your personal data will be collected and stored by our company.
● Your personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 10 years from the last request.
● You may receive various offers from our company through a newsletter service (receive news by email).


We do not assume responsibility for personal objects forgotten, lost, or stolen in the boats or on the docking pontoons.
We do not assume responsibility for any possible accidents that may occur due to the negligence of the injured person or any other operator or partner or collaborator. To ensure the smooth running of a program, please follow the instructions of our staff.


We reserve the right to select our clients and to refuse boarding to individuals who are drunk, impolite or disruptive, and whose behaviour disturbs other participants or damages the reputation of our company or team members.
We do not offer financial compensation to individuals who put us in a position to refuse to board.

Our obligations

We are responsible for the proper performance of our obligations to any client, except in the following cases:
● When the non-performance or defective performance of our obligations is due to the client.
● When the non-performance of obligations is due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, as defined by Romanian legislation (for example, but not limited to: changes in schedule or itinerary, delays in transport, etc.).

Client/Tourist obligations

The client is responsible for damages caused, by negligence or intention, to other clients or our staff, boats, or the boats’ equipment.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating are not allowed on boats.
Throwing any kind of garbage, including cigarette butts, in any other place than trash cans or ashtrays is prohibited.
Throughout the excursion/tour, tourists must follow the boat operator’s instructions in their entirety.

Special needs

The infrastructure in the Danube Delta is not adapted for people with mobility difficulties. Although most of the boarding pontoons are accessible to people with disabilities, any special needs must be announced in advance! Our boats are NOT adapted for people with mobility difficulties!
Depending on their size, pets are only allowed on private programs. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to a person accompanied by an unannounced pet without offering financial compensation.


Complaints regarding the quality of services provided by us will be made on the spot or at the latest until the end of a program. Subsequent complaints (after the end of a program) will not be taken into consideration.

Applicable law. Disputes

The rights and obligations of the parties provided by the terms and conditions on this site, as well as all legal effects they produce, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Romanian law in force.
All disputes arising from or in connection with the provision of services that are the subject of our terms and conditions will be resolved by Romanian courts.

Final clauses/provisions

We reserve the right to unilaterally modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time.
We consider that at the time of booking or accessing a service offered by us, you have become aware of the above-mentioned terms and conditions and have tacitly accepted them.
